Job requirements:
- At least 5 years of similar working experience in M&E construction supervision
- Graduated from University specialized in M&E.
- Hard-working, active and team working
- Have experiences in reading & working on shop drawings
- Have good working attitude and willing to learn.
- Must be able to work independently and pro-active in performing their duties
- Willing to work overtime with high pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, AutoCad…
- Speak English (If can)
Job Description
- Oversee & supervise M&E works as assigned.
- Oversee & supervise M&E works as requested to conform with construction quality, construction progress, labor safety of the Company.
- Inspect the M&E works executed by contractors through construction period before having carried out the next steps
- Study drawing, make & work with detailed plan.
- Survey the completed work volume performed by contractors.
- Attend the labor safety patrol, the daily meeting of labor safety & hygiene with contractors
- Perform & report other assignments as requested by Superior.
